ACUPUNCTURE
Originating in China 2000 years ago, Acupuncture has finally made it’s way into the Western world. We aim to reduce symptoms associated with the myriad of disease and disorders by incorporating Acupuncture into our treatments.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Tui Na or Chinese Massage, is an ancient form of bodywork, most closely resembling conventional western remedial massage.
MOXIBUSTION
The purpose of moxibustion, as with most forms of traditional Chinese Medicine, is to help with energy, circulation and symptom relief.
CUPPING
Cupping is best used for deep muscle release. The suction and negative pressure can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system.
GUA SHA
Gua Sha, releases superficial muscle tension and inflammation. It allows superficial stagnation and inflammation to rise to the surface of the skin, increasing circulation and blood flow.
HERBS AND NUTRITION
Chinese herbal supplements are a powerful method of internal Chinese Medicine. They can help to regenerate qi and blood, and assist to reduce symptoms.
